the straws are too tall
the straws are too tall (taller than the original ones) so it is harder to close the water bottle. I ordered them for my kid's water bottles and it was labeled as such.

Item defected- Check before removing packaging!
I bought a kids’ Camelbak water bottle from Amazon and didn’t realize the nozzle was defective before washing it. I thought this was Camlebak’s job to check for defects but oh well! Also, is there customer service?? Everytime I call, I’m on hold for as long as I can handle because they’re “busy with other customers”. I’ve left messages, call back number, emails. And I’ve received nothing in return. Terrible experience.
