We're proud to offer free returns for all items on CamelBak.com. If you decide to return an item, CamelBak will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. Shipping costs incurred during your original order will not be refunded.
All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. We offer pre-paid return labels for easy return of your merchandise. To receive a return label, go to the Returns Page to get started. You’ll need the order ID, email address, and billing zip code associated with the order to request a label.
Please Note** This return policy applies only to orders placed on CamelBak.com. If you purchased your gear in store or on an alternate website, please contact the original retail store for their specific return policy.
We accept all exchanges on new, unused product that was purchased within 30 days. Used products are not eligible for return or exchange. We process exchanges as we do a return. Simply return your item and you will receive your refund once the items have been received. You are welcome to place your new order at any time.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we make every attempt to cancel orders when possible. Because our team works quickly to process and fulfill orders quickly, we cannot guarantee a cancelation. Please make sure to review your cart, shipping address, and apply any applicable discounts before confirming your purchase.
