Description

Perfectly sized and equipped for single day missions, the new Sparta includes over 30L of cargo, laser-cut Mountain MOLLE and our new 3L, 100oz Mil Spec Crux Lumbar Reservoir, which delivers 25% more water per sip. Low Rider technology uses a lumbar reservoir to move the water weight low for increased stability and a lower center of gravity. It is constructed of 500D Double-Rip Cordura fabric for long lasting durability.

I’ve loved Camelbak for the past 24yrs, ever since I served in Operation Desert Fox on board the USS Belleau Wood (LHA-3). If you could imagine what it would be like on an iron box in the middle of the desert, you’d immediately realize the perpetual need for cold water. Camelbak has served me like an Emperor in all the years since. I’ve comptemplated other brands that claim to provide the same reliable functionality to only walk away laughing, as you WON’T do better than Camelbak, and to them I pledge my everlasting loyalty. When I thought they couldn’t do any better, after long comptemplation bought the Sparta, and they continue to out do themselves providing better and better products. I LOVE my new beast of a Camelbak, it keeps up with my lifestyle.

Needed Upgrade for 20 Year Old HAWG
As expected, great construction and great design! Carried my HAWG almost everyday for the past six years and just needed more space. This is my EDC bag as I travel quite a bit and never know how the day may change; so, I carry everything (almost) I need for the day and unexpected overnights. The Sparta gives me the extra space and organization I need. The internal pockets are well placed and of good size with plenty of remaining room in the main and secondary compartment. The MOLLE webbing is easy to thread and hasn't deformed even though I constantly whack my IFAK on doorways. The shoulder harness and support system is a major upgrade over my HAWG (20 yrs, go figure!), both comfortable and strong. BTW, my HAWG is still in great shape!

Nothing short of Perfection !
I have been in the military for 27 years and have owned too many packs to name but camelback packs have done nothing but out perform every other pack I’ve owed. This one is perfectly designed, a great small pack for short hikes or long runs. Plenty of room for your gear and to carry concealed if needed. Best day pack I’ve owed, well constructed and I can tell it will last through anything.

Durable and functional
Already knew I was getting tge best pack I've experienced to date.. Used it daily between work, riding and the occasional outdoor adventure. Plenty of space. Exceptional organization, plenty but not too much. My first one survived a motorcycle accident, and I'm only replacing it for more space.

Awesome Pack
I bought this for trail riding and going out to the desert with my ATV and it's definitely better than expected. The bladder's weight distribution is perfect and I don't feel it sloshing around. Water stays cold for hours with some ice added into it. I carry a lot of first aid supplies, tools, small firearms, ammo and it has plenty of room. It's extremely easy to clean and add water/ice. Overall size is like a small back pack but there's tons of small, well designed pockets and pouches to fit more delicate items. The build quality is awesome! Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for something similar.
