Our athletes, customers and colleagues told us they wanted a reservoir that delivered more water per sip, with a foolproof design that made it easy to fill up and hit the trail. The Crux delivers 20% more water per sip, with an ergonomic handle for easier refilling, and an on/off lever that makes it easy to prevent leaks. Like all of our gear, we put the Crux through exhaustive stress tests to make sure that it won't fail you on the trail.

These do wear out with
These do wear out with heavy usage and have to be replaced once they start the mysterious slow leak, in which water escapes into the backpack with no discernible source. I'm glad to see the straw redesign because the plastic bent on the last one, which I didn't like. However, they're great for hiking hydration in a light pack that keeps my hands free. Just purchased for the third time!

Bite value is a bit
Bite value is a bit funky with that large end. Wish it wasn’t there. Hard to thread through holes in my packs but love the way the cover works!
