Great Product! BAD delivery service!
Finally got my camelbak after having to go to the FEdex distribution myaelf to pick it up because they failed to put my package on the correct delivery vehicle twice. So i took no chances for more errors and drove to the distribution center which was a 30 min drive away.

So Good I Bought A Second
Love it -- this is the perfect pack for me. I went through (4) other backpacks when I was trying to find something to replace an older Northface bag I was using; the size, quality, and aesthetic (not super "tacticool" looking) made this pack the perfect fit for me. I got it on a blowout deal, and almost immediately bought a second one to have on-hand if/when this one eventually gets retired in 5+ years. The only negatives I've found are the bottle holder on the side is too small to fit a Nalgene, and the little 'hidden' slot on the back is really only practical for documents or very small items given it sits on the small of your back. Neither are a deal-breaker for me however, and I still love this pack.
