LIMITED WARRANTY
CamelBak Products, LLC (“CamelBak”) has built its reputation by engineering products that exceed consumer expectations for quality and durability. The Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Guarantee covers all reservoirs, backpacks, bottles, coolers, drinkware and accessories from manufacturing defects* in materials and workmanship for the lifetime** of the product.
CamelBak will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. The Got Your Bak Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear***, accident (lost/stolen), combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. Because CamelBak cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Got Your Bak Lifetime Guarantee covers only products purchased from CamelBak or an authorized CamelBak dealer in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. CamelBak reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Got Your Bak Lifetime Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser in the United States.
Our Got Your Bak warranty program covers CamelBak products that legitimately fail due to a manufacturing defect. Use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under The Got Your Bak Lifetime Guarantee. We do NOT cover products that no longer work due to wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements. If after assessment, CamelBak determines your gear has exceeded its lifetime and deems the returned product ineligible for warranty repair or replacement, we will contact you to discuss available options we may have for you.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated here. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CAMELBAK BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials (zippers, buckles, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered by the Got Your Bak Lifetime Guarantee for the lifetime of the product.
The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean your lifetime or ours, but rather the lifetime of the components, fabrics and materials. While we choose the very best materials available to make our products as durable as possible, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements and a product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for and not by how old it is.

If your CamelBak product has legitimately failed due to a manufacturing defect, we Got Your Bak. Click the link below to use our simple step-by-step warranty claim process. You'll be able to request replacement parts or issue a request for a full product replacement. Please note you are required to provide a photograph of your Product to submit a warranty claim and may be asked to provide other proof of defect. You also may be required to return your Product to CamelBak. If your Product must be returned, we will provide a shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping for you. A receipt or other proof of purchase may be requested.
