Warranty Information

CamelBak Products, LLC Warranty Policy:
CamelBak Products, LLC provides a full warranty for its products with regard to manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, combat damage, improper care and cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence.

OMEGA® Reservoirs:
CamelBak Products, LLC warrants OMEGA® HydroTanium™ and OMEGA® Max Gear™ Water Beast™ Reservoirs for the lifetime of the product.  All other CamelBak reservoirs are covered for a period of two (2) years.

Backpacks, Bottles, and Accessories:
CamelBak Products, LLC warrants backpacks, bottles, and accessories for a period of two (2) years.

Gloves:
CamelBak gloves are warranted for a period of two years.  We will exchange gloves for a different size or color only if the gloves are in the original packaging and have not been used.

Flow Meter™:
The CamelBak® Flow Meter™ is warranted to conform to its published specifications and be free from defective materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In no event shall CamelBak be liable or in any way responsible for any damages or defects in the Product caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than a CamelBak authorized service technician.

This warranty applies only to defects arising out of and affecting operation and does not apply to any damage that is merely cosmetic. CamelBak does not warrant any Product that has been damaged by or subjected to misuse, abnormal handling, abnormal impact, improper disassembly (but specifically excluding disassembly required for normal battery replacement) or any type of modification. This warranty covers only the product itself, but does not include batteries that you provide to power the product or damage from the improper use or storage of such batteries.

The above is CamelBak’s company commercial warranty policy. Military contracts may specify warranty policies that are different from this policy and super cede it.

Please contact our warranty department with any questions or concerns.  Return shipments must be prepaid and insured.  CamelBak cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State Law requires products be clean for warranty evaluation.  If the warranty claim is determined to be valid, the product will be replaced at CamelBak's expense within 10 to 15 business days. 

Warranty Service, International:

Please direct your warranty inquiries to your local retailer.  If the dealer no longer exists, please contact the authorized CamelBak distributor in your area.

Repairs:

CamelBak Products, LLC does not have a repair facility.  If your product is no longer covered by our warranty, please take it to a local fabric store, hardware store, or seamstress for a recommendation.

Refunds and Exchanges:

CamelBak Products, LLC will not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, with the exception of glove size exchanges listed above.  Refunds and exchanges must be handled through your retailer or distributor.
