Customer Service Representative - Petaluma
The CSR is responsible for all aspects of order processing from initial receipt of customer purchase order until the customer is satisfied with the delivery of their order. The CSR is the primary customer contact and is responsible for assuring the customer receives excellent service in addition to acting with Management as the internal interface for all customer post sales activity.
Customer Service Coordinator – Petaluma – PART TIME/ TEMPORARY (Mon-Fri, 12-4)
The Customer Service Coordinator is a temporary position that floats in three departments; Customer Service, Administration and Human Resources. The CSC will research customer requests, provide backup support and coverage when necessary and cover the front desk telephones for breaks and lunch daily. The CSC will also provide administrative support to HR and the front desk.
Ship Clerk I – San Diego
The DC shipping clerk is responsible for all outbound shipments made from CamelBak’s Distribution Center, both domestic and international. The DC shipping clerk will perform a combination of manual and electronic shipping duties. This position will enter shipping transactions, validate shipping information, and maintain data integrity of all shipping information. Processes packages thru “Clippership” shipping software and prepares shipping documents for parcel packages, LTL, and FTL shipments. Obtains shipping quotes from carriers, and prepares customers orders for shipping. Fills out reports, run daily computer reports, manifests and assists with preparing documents. Prepares shipments by building, weighing, and shrink wrapping pallets. Makes phone calls for shipment pick up and fills out all forms of shipping documentation.
Oracle Business Analyst (Customer Service/ Accounts Receivables) - Petaluma
The Business Analyst position reports to the IT Business Systems Manager with an emphasis and focus on all Oracle business functionalities defined as order-to-cash, customer compliance and e-Commerce. The application scope mainly includes but not exclusive to Order Management and Accounts Receivable. The position maintains and coordinates the ongoing development of EDI initiatives and its table maintenance, shipping activities, freight assignment, manifesting, credit and billing, pricing and managing our B2B portal. The ability to work well with people and to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization is essential.
Key Accounts Representative - Petaluma
The Key Accounts Representative works directly with the Recreational Sales team to assist and develop a positive relationship with Key Accounts as well as grow the overall business with those accounts. As Key Account Representative you will work with sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure timely execution of all initiatives and events. This position will effectively and consistently manage all Key Account order transactions to include order entry ensuring quality customer service and product availability/fulfillment. This position provides mission critical support to sales agencies and customers to accomplish growth goals and consistently maintains key account plans.
Infrastructure Support Analyst - Petaluma
The Infrastructure Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring accessibility and continuous day to day operation of the IT operating systems. This person will provide timely, quality technical phone and in person support with a high degree of customer satisfaction for all employees onsite, offsite and abroad.
Value Added Service (VAS) Manager – San Diego
The VAS Manager is responsible for overseeing all planning, scheduling, and execution of Value Added Service activities within the Distribution Center. Will mentor, train, and develop resources to understand and execute Lean Manufacturing methodologies. The VAS Manager is responsible for optimizing daily staffing needs to achieve efficiency and productivity targets while improving cycle time performance.
